DELIVERABILITY POLICY FOR ONLINE COURSES AND CLASSES:
 All courses and classes are processed through Kajabi. Kajabi is an online digital goods service provider. 
All courses and classes are housed on KAJABI. You will be granted access to make a kajabi account for your purchased online courses and classed from Indy Bloom Design via email. You will get life time access to courses and classes on Kajabi as a paying member.
 
If for some reason our classes or courses need to be moved or relocated to another host or provider, under indy bloom design, customer will get access to the files and videos within the courses and classes where indy bloom (Mindy Young) Decides to move the host platform. Customers will be made aware of changes are to be made and when they happen, be given access to a new platform to continue lifetime access at no charge.
 
DELIVERABILITY POLICY FOR COACHING PROGRAM:
Customers will be given access to SHINE coaching via Circle.so. All content is held on the community circle.so
Customers are granted access via email once a purchase for the program has been made. Members get access to the program and content as long as they are subscribed members.

ANNUAL COACHING PAYMENT REFUND POLICY:
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual coaching payments. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the program you can contact us for a full refund.

There are NO refunds on Annual payments after 30 days from the date of purchase. They are a one-year commitment and will not be refunded once 30-day money-back guarantee has lapsed.

REFUND POLICY FOR COURSES AND CLASSES:

If for some reason you're not satisfied with Indy bloom courses or classes you purchased, you can request a refund within 7 business days from the initial purchase date for a full-7-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@indybloom.com to request a refund.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE.

 
REFUND PROCESSING TIME:

Refund requests are submitted to the customer's bank immediately from the date refunded and can take 5-10 business days to appear in their account. If there are insufficient funds, the refund will be pending until the balance is positive. In some cases, refunds may be processed as reversals, where the original payment disappears from the account statement and the balance reflects as if the charge never occurred.

 All fabric and wallpaper sales are processed through third-party providers that are Indy Bloom-approved. All refunds, orders, issues, and inquiries for physical fabric and wallpaper sales must be processed through where you bought the fabric or wallpaper. Indy bloom is not responsible for third-party products.
