At Indy Bloom Design, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.
If you wish to request a refund on digital courses, please contact our customer support team at hello@indybloom.com within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days from purchase date, no refunds will be issued.
Please note that certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund, such as digital products or personalized items. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the request is fraudulent or if we suspect misuse of our products or services.
