Service agreement

This Course and Community Service Agreement is made and entered into by and between [Mindy Young] of Indy Bloom and the individual or entity that purchases the course ("Client").

  1. Services. Service Provider shall provide Client with personal access to an online course "The Art of Selling on  Spoonflower."

  2. Refund Policy. 7-day money-back guarantee. The client may request a refund of the purchase price for the Course within 7 days from the original date of purchase. To request a refund, the Client must contact the Service Provider at [hello@indybloom.com] and provide proof of purchase. NO REFUNDS will be allowed or given after 7 business days from the date of purchase. The Service Provider will process the refund within 10 business days of receipt of the refund request. 

  3. Payment. Client shall pay the purchase price for the Course prior to receiving access to the Course. Payment shall be made through [Paypal or paid with a credit card of choice via Stripe].

  4. Intellectual Property. All materials provided to Customer as part of the Course, including but not limited to videos, documents, and templates, are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and may not be copied, downloaded, recorded, shared, or distributed without the express written consent of the Service Provider. 

  5. Disclaimer of Warranties. Service Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the Course or the results that may be obtained from the Course. Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Course.

  6. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State or Country]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in [County or City].

  7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Service Provider and Client with respect to the Course and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

  8. Modification. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both Service Provider and Client.

  9. We reserve the right to refuse access to any Indy Bloom programs/courses to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the program/course, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment. 

    We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Program/course/communities with or without refund if you violate our Terms of Service, or for other reasons, Indy Bloom, in its own determination, finds reasonable in doing so. We understand that every situation is unique, reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund or right-to-refusal policy..

    10. By purchasing the Course, and checking the "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions," The Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this online course or community agreement.
